All orders are shipped out MONDAY through FRIDAY and have a processing time of 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS. Please keep in mind that ALL HAIR ORDERS placed are PRE-ORDERS. Shipping make take 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS to arrive after processing time. LACE ESSENTIALS & ALL OTHER PRODUCTS may take 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS after processing time. Once your package is shipped out with USPS, your order is now in the control of USPS ONLY. Keep in mind usps may have delays during PEAK SEASONS. If any shipping issues that may occur, you should contact USPS IMMEDIATELY! If you placed an order for using the “PICK UP” option, your order can be ready IMMEDIATELY or up to 5-6 BUSINESS DAYS depending on the item purchased. Once your order is available for pick up, you have 7 BUSINESS DAYS to retrieve your order. If your order is not picked up by then, your order will be CANCELLED AND REFUNDED!!

Store credit may be applied for HALF OF WHAT YOU ORIGINALLY PAID if there is an issue on our end. You have 24Hrs to report any issues with your order. Any issues reported after that timeframe is invalid.
